The Social Hour

We began the evening in the Hilton Garden Inn's McCarthy Gallery room with a cash bar and lots of socializing!

Jim is a newly elected BOD member and Jeff is part of Speed of Flight who have been doing the beautiful panorama shots of our Connie and DC-3.

The room felt more like being in a home....

... and everywhere you looked people were enjoying the time with old friends and meeting new ones.

In addition to holding the audience's interest with stories from his own background, Steve introduced the video Gray Eagles featuring his friend, Jim Brooks, that he also helped fund the production. It is a first class production, breathtaking aerial photography and a truly heart-warming story. Lots of hankies pulled out for this.

Paul not only donated the Connie but his family also donated the funds to buy the L-1011.
